Josh Abbott Band’s Brand New Music Video To Debut On CMT
Pure Country
She’s Like Texas Can Also Be Viewed Online At CMT.com

NASHVILLE, TN / February 9, 2010 – Already on the rise in the
Texas country scene, Josh Abbott Band is now breaking through the
Lonestar State’s borders into some Wide Open CMT territory with
the debut of his brand new music video for his current Top 15 single
“She’s Like Texas.” Directed by Evan Kaufmann and filmed in
Rockwall and Dallas, the video features Texas landmarks and
traditions beautifully echoing the song’s ode to Texas girls. The
video is set to make its debut on CMT Pure Country this week and
can now be viewed at various online outlets including CMT.com.

Written by Josh Abbott, “She’s Like Texas” is the band’s fastest
rising single to date and has already landed at the No. 15 spot on
the Texas Music Chart in just 3 weeks. “She’s Like Texas” is the title
track from JAB’s highly anticipated new album to be released
February 16 via Pretty Damn Tough Records and Thirty Tigers.
Produced by Erik Herbst, She’s Like Texas is the follow-up to their
debut album Scapegoat, which delivered one of the Top 15 most
played songs of 2009 “Good Night For Dancing” featuring Charla
Corn as reported by the Texas Music Chart.

In the blink of an eye, Josh Abbott Band has gone from an unknown
artist to one of the fastest rising young stars in Texas country.
Playing over 250 shows this past year, JAB has been performing to
packed houses all across Texas and Oklahoma including Texas
hot spots such as Wild West in Lubbock, Cowboys in San Antonio
and Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth. The passion and high-energy
characteristic of Josh Abbott Band’s performances come through
both on stage and in the studio. It’s no wonder why the Josh Abbott
Band has quickly become a Texas institution—and why its talents
can’t be confined for long to the Lonestar State.

Charts with "Rock Angel"
New Album Head Above Water To Be Released 2/16/10

Austin, TX / February 15, 2010 – Texas country mainstay Brandon
Rhyder is celebrating his fast rising single, “Rock Angel,” which
landed in the coveted No. 1 spot on both the Texas Music chart and
the Texas Regional Radio report today and is still holding strong.

says exactly what women want to hear and has an edgy
aggressiveness that will have you stomping your feet from
beginning to end.  This song is the lead track from his new disc
Head Above Water to be released nationwide tomorrow, February

do it again,” says Brandon.

new single you never know what you’re going to get.  Brandon
Rhyder loves to take you to the top and then jerk the rug out from

About Ambiance Artists
2004 Graduates of Texas State University, Ricky Brown and Bruce
Kalmick were determined to make a legitimate splash in the
Entertainment world. After working briefly in event production for
Milam and Company in Austin and a very brief stint with an Austin
Booking Agency, Bruce confronted life-long friend Ricky Brown, who
had worked for a summer with BMG, about starting a booking
agency of their own. After a 3-hour meeting and a couple phone
calls to the folks, KB Talent was formed and running on pure
motivation to succeed. It didn't take long for Ricky and Bruce to sign
their first real national act, The Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash, and
the rest is history in the making. With the success of KB talent,
Bruce and Ricky then ventured into management launching
Ambiance Artists. Current roster includes Josh Abbott Band, Kyle
Bennett Band, Courtney Now, Whiskey Myers, Ben Danaher and
Charlie Shafter & The Gnomes.

Abbott Band has gone from an unknown artist to one of the fastest
rising young stars in Texas country.  Playing over 250 shows this
past year, he has been performing to packed houses all across
Texas and Oklahoma including Texas hot spots such as Wild West
in Lubbock, Cowboys in San Antonio and Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth.
Now on the verge of breaking through to a new level of success,

Scene exploding...everyone is looking for the next Pat/Jack/etc...
Josh Abbott is that guy.  Musically, the songs run deep both with

out great work.  West Texas has known this for a while...and it's only
a matter of time before you hear him on stations spanning from
