LADY ANTEBELLUM’S STAR RISES EVEN HIGHER WITH
MULTIPLE 2010 GRAMMY NOMINATIONS

CMA’s “Group Of The Year” Makes Billboard Hot 100
and Nielsen BDS History

“Need You Now” Parks at No. One For
Third Week in US and Eighth Week in Canada

Nashville, TN – Dec. 3, 2009 – Platinum selling Capitol Nashville
group Lady Antebellum nabbed multiple GRAMMY nominations last
night for “Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals”
and “Best Country Song” for their recent No. one hit “I Run To You.”
The 52nd annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast on Sun., Jan.
31 live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS.   The
critically acclaimed trio will release their sophomore album NEED
YOU NOW that very same week on Jan. 26, 2010.

“We’re already busting at the seams with excitement about the new
album…adding the GRAMMYs in that same week is crazy,” said
Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott. “The nominees are all so
talented…the most fun part for us is just being able to go and see
some of these artists…who we are all HUGE fans of…perform on
the show.  The collaborations and over-the-top production are
always so creative and unpredictable…we love it!   We have an
enormous amount of gratitude to the music community for even
inviting us to the party!”

The good news comes as Lady A makes history as the first country

since the Dixie Chicks in 2007.  They cracked the top five last week
with their multi-week No. one hit “Need You Now.”  The band

the track garnered Nielsen BDS’ largest audience impressions
(39.3 million) of any country song since 2006. Additionally, the song
has been country music’s top-selling digital single for three
consecutive weeks fueling almost 900,000 downloads and keeping
sales of their 2007 debut album steady at over 40,000 units per
week.

JACK INGRAM INTRODUCES “FREE”
AS LATEST SINGLE FROM
BIG DREAMS & HIGH HOPES

Ingram Resolves to Write One Song a Week
And Revives His “Acoustic Motel” Tour
For a Limited Run of Listening Rooms

NASHVILLE, TN – Jan. 22, 2010 – Award winning singer/songwriter
Jack Ingram will introduce “Free” as the next single off his third
major label album BIG DREAMS & HIGH HOPES (Big Machine
Records) on Jan. 25.

“The lyrical content is obviously what’s on everybody’s minds these
days…what’s important is all the stuff you don’t have to pay
for…they’re the sights and sounds that make you forget all your
problems.  And musically, it just feels like a good day comin’ on…it
makes you want to go outside and take a big ol’ breath of fresh
air…it feels like a good start for 2010.”

Produced by Jay Joyce, “Free” is a breezy and uplifting embrace of
the finer non-material things in life. Billboard labels it as an album
highlight “echoing the best work of Glen Campbell,” while the
Cleveland Leader calls the tune “a toe-tapping playful number that
has tons of vibrant fiddles, guitars and snares as he belts it out
boldly.”

On Jan. 1, Ingram tweeted, “Resolution: 1 song per week. Not
saying they'll be good- just done. The only way 2 get this done will
be less tv and more reading. More later.”

What’s more is Ingram will pack his guitar and kick off a one-man
tour of listening rooms, reviving his “Acoustic Motel” tour concept
from years back.   The set will feature songs from his current album
BIG DREAMS & HIGH HOPES, as well as old favorites and songs
from some of Ingram’s biggest influences.  The first date kicks off
Feb. 13 at Joe's Bar in Chicago.

“I spent a lot of years on the road by myself…and a lot of my favorite
songs have been written sitting on the edge of a motel bed.  We’re
going to totally recreate that vibe for this tour…there’s even a set that
looks like an old dingy motel room.  It’s not easy to entertain a room
for of people by yourself for a couple of hours, so it really comes
down to the songs.  It’s a totally different kind of pressure than it is
to play a big arena or stadium.  I’m excited about trying it again.”
